  • Keelly Brown

Kelly has been with us for 6 years. She enjoys swimming and spending time with her two kids Chris and Emily.

  • Sherry Carver

Sherry has been with this office since the beginning of time. She and Dr. Carver married 3 months after Dr Carver moved to Goldendale and began working together. Sherry works mostly behind the scenes doing what every office needs...a manager, bookkeeper, computer technology geek and assistant to everyone. We have now converted to electronic medical records and our next step is electronic billing. On a personal note, Sherry & Dr. Carver have raised 3 children and now have 8 grandchildrenand one more due the end of Nov. Just staying involved in their family lives is a hobby that continues to grow. Her other hobby is gardening.

  • Anne Anderson

I’m so excited to be living in the great Columbia Gorge area and starting my practice in Goldendale, WAI graduated with my Master’s of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and am now a licensed acupuncturist for the state of Washington. My practice incorporates methods of treatment, called modalities. These are listed below. Your treatment may include one or more of the following treatments. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Acupuncture is an ancient art which has been practiced for thousands of years. It involves the insertion of small needles under the skin in certain areas called points and along lines on the body called meridians. These needles are sterile and can be placed anywhere on the body with relative safety. When the needle is inserted a patient may experience a slight poking sensation similar to a pine needle. However, this discomfort is momentary and should pass quickly. Some people may experience a feeling of heaviness near the needle or down their limbs, a slight tingling sensation around the needle, or a feeling of heat or cold. In most cases these sensations are normal. If something does not feel “right” or if you experience too much discomfort, let your acupuncturist know. Acupressure uses the same system of points and meridians as Acupuncture, but nothing is inserted into the body. Usually an acupuncturist will put pressure on different areas of the body using their fingers or tools which are blunt. The tools may also be used to lightly scrape the skin. This method should not cause distress. Tuina is a form of massage. It incorporates different techniques, including stretching, to loosen the muscles and relax the body.
